Common questions
How quickly can you lodge?
Same-day if we receive instructions before 10:00 (subject to the Master’s hours, currently 07:45–13:00). Otherwise next working day.
Do I have to send original documents?
Yes for lodgement. We accept couriered originals or pre-arranged drop-off at our Loftus Versveld office. For Letters collection only, we may collect on your behalf with a power of attorney.
Can you handle estates outside Pretoria?
No. We are a Pretoria correspondent. Estates falling under another Master’s Office (e.g. Johannesburg, Cape Town) must be lodged in that jurisdiction.
What about the Master’s move on 1 June 2026?
The Pretoria Master moves from 316 Thabo Sehume Street to 351 Francis Baard Street on 1 June 2026. We will continue attending at the new address from that date. No change to our service.
